She had her secondary school education at Federal Government College Warri, where she demonstrated leadership qualities early on holding several prominent roles. She proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1988. Folasade was articled to a couple of firms of Chartered Accountants in early years of her career and qualified in 1995. She enrolled and bagged her MBA at the Prestigious Eller College of Administration, University of Arizona, US in 2009.
Folasade has wide ranging experience in financial consulting, manufacturing, project management and strategy. Most notable in her career were the years she worked with Guinness Nigeria Plc and recorded resounding success spanning eleven years. She held increasingly progressive roles that culminated in an international posting as Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary of Diageo's subsidiary; Seychelles Breweries on the Island of Seychelles. While in the Seychelles, she was part of a team that grew the profit of the business year on year by over 20%. Thereafter, she returned to Nigeria and worked with Notore Chemical Industries PLC, where she pioneered the Corporate Budget and Planning function up on till September 2015.
Folasade brings on board dynamism, tenacity and commitment to delivering mortgages and shelter of highest quality and standard to the residents of Lagos State. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a member of other professional bodies. She spends her spare time hiking and reading.

Olusina Dipe is a seasoned Administrator and expert in financial management with over 25years experience.
He obtained his OND in Insurance from Lagos State College of Science and Technology and HND from Lagos State Polytechnic. Thereafter Bachelors of Science (Hons) degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos, subsequently Masters degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Ado-Ekiti.
He began his working career at Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN), as officer II accounts and worked in various departments. He rose to the position of Principal Manager (Treasury) at Eko Electricity Distribution Company before his voluntary resignation in January 2016. He successfully coordinated and monitored all revenue collection mechanism that brought about effective sustainable revenue collection for Eko Electricity Distribution PLC (EKEDP).
He specializes in outsourcing and corporate restructuring. He is focused and determined to make a difference wherever and whenever he realizes the need for a positive impact. Olusina is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria, member of Nigerian Institute of Management Chartered and member of Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. His hobbies include travelling, photography, swimming and singing. He is married with children.

Biodun Dosunmu's career spans over 25 years in the Financial Services Industry. He has profound understanding of the Insurance and Financial Services Industry having been a key player. He is a proactive seasoned professional versed in delivering corporate objectives and strategy.
Biodun started his career with LASACO Assurance plc, a composite Insurance and Financial services company in 1991. He held several key position as a Branch Manager (Abuja, Kano, and Ikeja), AGM (Marketing, South West Region 2008) and DGM (Plans and programmes 2011). He was also the Chief Compliance Officer and the Head of Business Services and Risk Management. In 2014, he was appointed the CEO of LASACO Life Company Limited and was instrumental to the merger of the company with LASACO Assurance plc. In light of his diverse experience within the company, he was appointed as the Group Executive Director (Technical) in 2015.
He is an alumnus of University of Lagos Akoka where he holds a Bachelors degree (Insurance), Bachelors of Law, and Masters of Science(Marketing). He is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (1995). He was called to the Nigerian Bar as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2007 and became a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria(CIIN) in 2008. He was an examiner of Insurance Law with CIIN and a member of the Institute of Directors. He is happiiy married with children.

Martins is a well-seasoned banker, turn around strategist, solutions provider and mentor. His career spans over two decades garnered in audit, commercial banking and consultancy segments of the financial services industry. He has strong skills in Audit Tax related matters, Banking Operations, Marketing Business Development, Debt Recovery, Financial Management and Advanced Credit Analysis. Martins had his secondary school education at Command Secondary School, Ibadan between 1983- 1987. He proceeded to the then Ondo State University, Ado Ekiti to study Economics and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1992. Thereafter, he was articled to Farinde Olateju and Co. Chartered Accountants and for five years he was exposed to the practical rudiments of accounting, audit and tax practice. He enrolled for an MBA program at the University of Ado Ekiti and bagged his MBA with specialization in General Management in 2001. He started his banking career in year 2000 and for about fifteen years worked in various capacities in the following banks: Omega Bank Plc, Global Bank Plc, Equitorial Trust Bank Limited, Ecobank Nigeria Plc, Oceanic International Bank Plc and Sterling Bank Plc. He worked as a Branch Manager in the last three afore-mentioned Banks. While in Sterling Bank, his branch was the second most profitable branch in the Lagos Island Region after the Head Office Branch. He brings to the management team of LBIC Plc, a wealth of diverse and valuable experience required in delivering mortgage solutions to a dynamic and diverse clientele. In his spare time, he passionately serves as a Steward in Church; loves reading, meeting and mentoring people. He is happily married with Children.

Cornelius Ayeleso is a strategic leader and excellent team player with progressive banking experience in cross functional areas of mortgage banking and business management. With over 20 years banking experience, he has strong skills in relationship building, corporate strategy, business development, credit analysis and recently risk management.
Cornelius is a graduate of the University of Lagos, where he had his first degree in Accounting. He later attended Lagos State University and obtained his Masters in Business Administration(MBA). He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria(ICEN).
He started his career with Foundation Engineering services in 1986 and then joined LBIC in 1987. He had served in Various capacities ranging from Branch Manager, Head Inspectorate, Mortgage & Business Development Manager, and Branch Coordination. Cornelius was the pioneer lecturer of mortgage finance for the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He is also a resource person for both internal and external training. His latest laurel include; 2012 Nigeria Merit Gold Award for Transparency and Accountability (TEEM Magazine).
He brings passion, vision, a delivery mind set and versatility to his job. He is married with children, and his hobbies include reading, listening to music and a passion to help the less privileged.

Wasiu Adeyemi is a Chartered Accountant, an expert in Strategic Financial Management with strong interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills. He is also a quality conscious professional and an effective team player.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University (second class upper Division). He was admitted as an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 2006.
In 2002, Wasiu started his career in the Finance department of UAC Foods. He rose quickly to the position of Regional Accountant, a position he held for three years; overseeing a large team, making business decisions that drove performance and ensuring tight controls. Between 2010 and 2016, Wasiu worked in dynamic and challenging environments of the service and manufacturing sectors. He recorded sterling performance as Cost Accountant, Treasury Manager and Senior Accountant.
He has successfully delivered many projects as a member of various committee on implementation of ERP applications, ISO implementation, and IFRS adoption at various organizations.
He joined LBIC in 2016 as AGM Finance, he brings on board passion for quality and extensive experience in Finance. Wasiu is married with children. He loves reading, encouraging people, and is a sport enthusiast
